Lastly a word about exercise and lifestyle. You must move!! You must get outside every day. You must socialize with people and build relationships with them. You mustn't keep to yourself. You must use positive thinking and belief. You must get excited about your life! You must keep your hope firm and alive. You must challenge yourself to do a little bit more socialization, or a little bit more to get your into a job or a relationship each and every day. Improve yourself more than yesterday. Best wishes.
I agree with this. I was very depressed and isolated. Then I had a very short romantic relationship and got heart broken. But I had no support system, just very few friends.
I tried hard to get connected to some people and have more friends, regardless the fear of rejection, since the pain of loneliness was terrible.
It is working, now I am able to talk to more people and I feel better little by little.
Thanks also for all the dieting recommendations I agree with them
And remember, we cannot overcome BB only cleaning our external body, we also need to clean our internal body and nurture it with good foods.
