info on temporol lobectomy?????????

I'm 24 and I find myself looking for answers....I have had partial complex temporol lobe seizures my entire life and was offered the temporol lobectomy at 16, at that point in time, my parents declined it out of fear. Now I am being offered it again, but have several other people to take into consideration, 2 beautiful daughters and an awesome husband, as well as 3 huge extended families. I really want to do it, just deathly sick of the seizures, but also very affraid of the outcome. I have searched like mad for current information on this surgery and constantly find myself at dead ends or very outdated. Any information, answers, or resources would be awesome.
