I know exactly how you feel. Sometimes I ask myself why God has allowed this to happen and what have I done to deserve this. This too has destroyed me and my sanity. I have low self-esteem because of it and I have become paraniod because of it. I have spent sooooo much $$$ trying to get rid of bo/bb. I used to think I was alone until I found this site. It has been a big blessing. One day I will find my cure and so will you! Let me know how the MH works for you.
