Yes, I did the bowel cleanses. I used the Super Colon Cleanse from Nature's Secret. It is in tablet form so it was easy to take and for three months I took one tab a day..

I continually take 1 tab every other day of the Super Colon Cleanse because I think 50+ years of crap is still stuck in there!

I also use their Liver cleanse formula for one week, at the beginning of each month. It is very effective.

I took Megahydrin in theraputic doses originally. Two tabs, 4x a day, and each week reduced it by two tabs. It took about one week to completely get rid of the bo.

For the record, Megahydrin is an antioxidant and it can really help a lot of maladies, but killing bacteria and ridding the body of free radicals is one of it's strongest points. I love the stuff and won't be without it.

For low stomach acid, I use a full sprectur enzyme, and I don't stick to any one brand at this point, but look for something that is complete, and I always take a betaine hydrochloric acid tablet after every meal.
