Many people take Grapefruit-Seed-Extract internally, especially for yeast problems. You might do a search on curezone on it. I know Ask Shelley mentions it on her FAQs. Just be aware that if you have yeast it will kill it which will cause die-off and may make you feel really bad.

This stuff is really something!! I no longer have the weird feelings and tastes in my mouth. Often my tongue felt like it was scalded. Other times I would have sour, bitter or metallic tastes in my mouth. My mouth feels so much cleaner when I wake up too! Amazing! I am sure it is helping!! I've also started rinsing my nasal passages with it, we'll see what happens there. I'm still wondering about these tiny dots on my tongue, and I know I still have some breath problems which I hope will be addressed by internal cleansing.
