Ok, those white stinky balls are coming from your throat I used to get them until I had my tonsils removed, my husband actually gets them a few times a year, he had a bad infection last week and his breath was soooooo smelly!!!! I told him to gargle the grapefruit seed extract I added just 5 drops to an 5 oz bottle, and by the 2nd day he smelled fine, the Grapefruit seed extract is very potent you can buy it at your healthfood store or online, it has just about cured my bad breath! I have no bad odor or white tongue, but its supposed to help for throat problems, I will post some info I found online about this, I had no idea about grapefruit seed extract and this is a miraculous product, here is some helpful info that should help

Throat Gargle: (For sore throat, including strep)
Stir 3 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract into 3 oz. of water. Gargle several times. Use as often as needed. Always dilute.

Orally: (For colds/flu, sore throat, earache, and intestinal parasites)
Suggested Use: 5-15 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract mixed in 5 oz. of water or juice, 2-3 times daily, with or without meals. Children (under 10 years): 1-6 drops mixed in 5 oz. juice, 2-3 times daily. Do not use full strength in mouth.

Dental Rinse: (For gum disease and bad breath)
Stir 3 drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract into 2 oz. or more of water. Vigorously swish a small amount of the water for 10 seconds or more, 1-2 times daily. Always dilute.
