No I don't have the rectal pain just a terrible odor problem. I don't think you're a hypocondriac. Anyone who suffers from something unusual like that Body Odor has a right to investigate into every facet. A lot of those in the medical profession are very narrow in their thinking and not very caring unfortunately. I feel like many of my own concerns have been similarly "written off".
I have been diagnosed with IBS but I obviously have some bigger issues that hasn't been pinpointed yet because IBS cannot account for the unusual odors I have had. I was thinking that perhaps you had some digestive issues that had not been diagnosed. I can only really link the odor to digestive issues for me, since that was the only major change that had co-occured. I have been diagnosed as medically healthy..personally I think it's bull.
