Lemons!
The last time I was sick and felt a sore throat coming on, I started
juicing some lemons because I found that it helped soothe my sore throat and prevented me from getting worse. Anyway, after about 3 or so days of doing this, I noticed a slight improvement in my skin and a fresher breath, too! Everyday I brush my teeth in the morning and before bed, but even though I had been doing it, I always had that "morning breath" and just that overall gross feeling in my mouth when I woke up. But, ever since I had started drinking just one squeezed lemon, once a day, I swear, my mouth felt clean all day long - even in the morning right after waking up! I know you are probably thinking "morning breath" is just a part of life and something everyone has to deal with, but by trying this method, it will help a whole bunch till the point that "morning breath" will no longer exist to you. Body Odor goes.. I guess it helped. I'm not too sure because I don't sweat much at all.
Anyway, in case you may be wondering, I just drank the lemon by itself. It really isn't that much and isn't that hard to swallow down. Just have a cup of water on the side to chase everything down right after, if you need to.
