day 10... slowly bringing it to a close

I drank two glasses of wonderful cold fresh oj today. I decided to end my Master-Cleanse a little early because I ran out of maple syrup and I am going to a thing this weekend (Sat and Sun) that will provide delicious vegetarian food that I want to eat.
9 or 10 days is not very long at all. Next time I will do it for longer. I lost about 10 pounds (same as last time). I will not pig out this time and gain it back quickly as I did last time. I want to thank everyone on this forum for their generous posts, I truly could not have done it without you!!!
