The practitioners guiding me, as well as the book "Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st century stress syndrome" have perscribed a similiar (though not quite as strict) diet for me. I am homebound with 1-4 functional hours in a day, so I really need to do everything I can for healing - but as far as diet, I don't know WHAT to actually eat. Perhaps you could just share some examples of meals and/or snacks that you have? Breakfast is expecially hard.
