Re: Adrenal Fatigue, light sensitivity, and computers.

I have a problem looking at computer screens for a long time but it varies on how I am feeling.
Also I have been juicing for the last two and a half months and that has pulled my energy level up.
Whey protien, Sea Salt , Inulin, and the naturally sweet herb stevia is the brew I make up.
Usually I juice celery, Romaine Lettuce and Cucumbers.

The light problem diminishes for me when juicing and when I keep my liver hydrated (drink a lot of water).

I'm going to add some supplements to support the adrenals and liver. I'll have to come back and post what I am getting from a Naturopath.
