Re: Adrenal Fatigue, light sensitivity, and computers.

Hi kirktalon,

I noticed your message on the computers and light sensitivity. I also have light sensitivity to the computers-- particularly to the UV light. I have glasses with polycarbonate lens that I use. The polycarbonate lens help filter out the UV light. There's a special screen that you can put over the monitor that also helps to filter the light from the computer-- I don't know much about it but I've seen people at work using it. Also, another thing that I do-- it drives everyone nuts-- it to dim the brightness and contrast so that the screen isn't so bright. Dimming the screen helps-- especially when I forget my glasses.

Hope this helps!
