Re: Question to long term IsoCort users

What have you done to make big improvements without IsoCort?

I am taking a number of vits and mins I was tested low at (magnesium, vitC, vit B5, betacaroten, EPA, GLA, acidophilus) and I tried with some herbs (mainly licorice) but really the first noticable impact came from IsoCort.

I am also worried about taking it for longer term - hence my question to other users!:)I have not been able to find out what the actual amount of cortisol IsoCort has but some of the websites suggest that it is lower than what a normal human body would regularlily produce. Anybody else?
