HI there - has anybody on this forum used IsoCort over the longer term and recovered from AF?
WHat kind of a dosage were you using and over how long a period?
Anything else you were taking/doing?

I have isocort in my cabinet but have only taken it a couple of times because it hurts my stomach really bad when I take even half of a pellet.
I would like to continue taking it but do not know why it hurts my stomach so much.
How long have you been taking the Isocort and have you noticed any difference?
I am getting ready to give birth soon and was thinking of taking it while in labor to maybe keep my strength up......I am not sure if it will help or not, how soon did you notice a difference (if any) after taking it?

I noticed almost an immediate improvement.
I take 3 pellets of the Bezwecken product at about 9:30am, no stomach problems at all (and I generally have a pretty sensitive stomach). My symptoms worsen as soon as I stop taking it. Taking it has completely stopped the night sweats, and as soon as I forget to take it, it returns. Really big difference for me. I got my first order in April/May - took a break for 3.5 weeks in June as I went away on hols and noticed a worsening, even though I usually feel a lot better on hols - got back on it in July and am not planning on stopping. Originally I took 3 pellets first thing in the morning and 3 more during lunch, which was even better, but I am concerned about taking too much and the 3 in the morning still seems to help so I am sticking with it for now.

This is a reply to # 555,706I have the Bezwecken isocort as well. I have made tremendous improvements without taking it but really would like something that would help me to be able to do more.
I'm afraid of becoming dependant upon it with my adrenals. Do you know whether or not that dosage would cause the adrenals to atrophy or anything of the sort?- Re: Question to long term IsoCort us... qollari

I am taking a number of vits and mins I was tested low at (magnesium,vitC, vit B5, betacaroten, EPA, GLA, acidophilus) and I tried with some herbs (mainly licorice) but really the first noticable impact came from IsoCort.
I am also worried about taking it for longer term - hence my question to other users!:)I have not been able to find out what the actual amount of cortisol IsoCort has but some of the websites suggest that it is lower than what a normal human body would regularlily produce. Anybody else?

MoreThis is a reply to # 555,711My major improvements came from Pantethine (it has pantothenic acid with it as well)
300 mgs 4 times a day. There are other things that I believe contributed but Pantethine being the main one. - Re: Question to long term IsoCort us... NIL

AFAIK Top limit is 2 pallets 4 times a day taken 3 hours apart making total of 8 pallets. Don't know much about the side effects. Best wishes.
