I plan on going off ativan, most likely doing UT after I get that book and read up on it, and I feel like perhaps that will be the best way to get my DHEA levels up. the only thing is without the ativan i can't sleep at night and i have tried all natural things, but we'll see.. Also what kind of vit c do you take? dr wilson says ascorbic acid, which is all vit c's on market, makes our systems more acidic and says his brand is best. it is made from something diff, as you know as you sent me his link. any ideas? i am taking 6000 mg of twinlab crystalline caps a day, and it is of course ascorbic acid, but claims to be absorbed well by body. you say you take a lot and i assume you may not be taking his. let me know please.
