i spoke with my ND and he told me my resulsts are low cortisol between 6-8 am when they are supposed to be highest, therefore causing my early am panic attacks. the rest of the day my cortisol is high and does not gradually decrease by night like its supposed to. my whole balance is backwards. my dhea was borderline low. he does not feel like i should continue taking isocort as i am only low in the morning and i should cut back on my bovine adrenal glandular. i disagree about the glandular, what does anyone think> he does not want to give me DHEA either, he feels it will straighten out. i am also gluten senstive and have to give all bread, and my diet is so limited right now. but i will do anything. please any suggestions. i am going for vega testing in a couple of weeks. just not sure if i should take the isocort in early am as i am low then. how does this balance out?
