Just reporting back - I have been taking the Bezwecken IsoCort now for a couple of weeks and do notice some improvement. It is still early days but I find it encouraging - I feel a bit more positive and optimistic and I am not as drowsy & lethargic, especially in the mornings. I also noticed feeling worse on those days when I forgot to take the pills. I am taking 3 pills twice a day (breakfast and lunch). In addition to IsoCort I have been supplementing with vit-C, magnesium, EPA, betacaroten, B5 and licorice & ashwaganda extract.
