I am quite familiar with Sensible Health. She was very helpful to me
when I started my research and I really like th website which is filled
with great information.
Some of the things I now take regularly:
2 tablespoons fresh ground flaxseed each meal
1 tsp dulse lunch & dinner
1 grain armour daily
1 tsp spirulina with yogurt
Adrenobuild by Rainbow Light
I also follow a much cleaner diet and I eat 3 meals a day.
