I can identify with your story. I also am estrogen dominant and had been employed for 2.5 years with unusual requests to work sundays late on weekdays and bring work home. The load was so much that I think the physical experience I got from being employed is due to stress. In 2.5 years I had 3 episodes of extreme uterine bleeding. I ended up in the emergency twice. OB Gyn, still don't know what is going on but this third time May 2004 did extensive tests and a d&c, still no answer. Meanwhile, I saw a naturapathic doctor. I thought liver was to blame because the liver digests fats, my system does not digest fats good and therefore hormones is not being produced. I received natural progesterone that I took for 6 months now. Last cycle the cream dried out becuase I forgot to close the jar, but that is ok because for the last three months I have seen an herbalist and he tested my whole body with a machine that reads from a metal pencil that he puts on meridian that goes through the thumb. The recent test still concludes hormonal imbalance among others. He prescribed a herb for me that will help body produce its own progesterone. I got another 1 fluid once bottle two days ago and he sais to come in when empty to do a product test if the body still is hormonally out of balance. Totally free! I thought that is really cool he would do that for me. Since Jan3 I did a 10 day master cleanse so I have to build the body's nutrients back up, but for some reason - (cleanse?) - breast tenderness was absent this month. I belived that the tenderness can be helped by taking progesterone cream from cd14 till end of cycle every month, but since i stopped the cream and had the cleanse i believe that perhaps the tenderness is due to what you eat. So what you eat causes hormonal imbalance means that certain things like chicken, eggs, shampoo, soaps, styrofoam dishes etc has estrogen and hormones in it and it along with stress causes the estrogen to be free floating in your system. If also you are not digesting right (due to stress!!!!) your waste stays in your colon and guess what? the estrogen in meat or protein stays too and gets reintroduced into your system.
