Glad to hear you will be doing hypnobirthing... YEA!!

I am a hypnobirthing instuctor and I also used it myself!

I did have my girl at the hospital, she was supposed to be born here at home but I was two weeks post dates( which means nothing to me) but in this day and age liability is huge, so the natural induction did not work and according to my nurse midwife my bp went up so I went to county hosp. Pretty daunting and totally beyond what I ever thought would happen. I was given the horrible cytotek and then pitocin but I can tell you I still used my hypnobirthing and needed no epidural. In fact the l&d nurses could not believe I was in active labor. Although the scene was scary I remained completly at ease even thru the raucous contractions of pit! My husband often comments how easy it was! yeah, typical man lol!!!! She was so alert and peaceful when she was born and she is an extremely happy and very healthy 9 mo. old.
