I am 50 years young, and weigh in at about 140 pounds which is pretty normal for my 5'7" medium frame.
I to am looking for a way to make my thyroid work on its own with no help.
I do superfood each morning and take my ech+ the first two weeks of every month in the winter time. I do a bowl cleanse with IF #1 and #2 at least every 6 months, sooner if my body tells me it needs it.
I try to walk at least 15 minutes twice a day, thats about all my knee will let me.
Is there anything else I can add or change?
