Work up to it. Reduce it to one tablespoon and put in the smallest amount of cold liquid you can. Chug it down and have a big glass of water or whatever to chase it.
When something tastes bad why make 16
oz of it? Try doing the smaller amount twice a day so you start experiencing the benefits. Mark it on the calendar the day you started and check off dose 1 and 2 when you've done them.
I think it really helps allot to focus on why you are taking SuperFood and what you think it will do for you. If you invision that this is going into your blood stream within 15 minutes and feeding all your cells good nutrients, and your brain and central
nervous system love this food and start to calm down and work more efficiently.
Make a little ritual out of bathing your body in good nutrition.
It makes a huge difference if you stop complaining (you are programming your brain, over and over again with each complaint). Start talking about all the benefits of SuperFood and how you are looking forward to experiencing them. Become a gatherer of
information about how to drink it so you can get to the point that you too enjoy it.
For now you just need to get it down.
