Lol, I can't take it either! It's WAY beyond gross...yet WAY beyond wonderful.

Buy some empty gel caps and stuff it in 'em...OR purchase it from Southern Botanicals (they use the same basic recipe, but call it Vital Nutrition Plus)...and they sell it already encapsulated :)

Folks say you get used to the taste of it, and some even love it...but not this gal, for sure AND for certain!
