Re: Bob, questions for you please.
Hi Bob,
Thank u so much for your advice.
I have a few questions regarding your recommendations:
I used to suffer from Ulcerative Colitis, but last year, I cured my Ulcerative Colitis with the herb olive leaf extract-have been off all my meds. for colitis and am colitis symptom free for over a year now. I don't have a constipation problem (I have 3-4 bowel movements a day). In light of this info., do you still recommend I take Dr. Shulze's intestinal formula #1? I was reading about this formula, and it stimulates the bowels, and I just hope this formula won't trigger colitis. What do u think?
Is vitalherbs more absorbable than Dr. Shulze's superfood? Why do you recommend vitalherbs over Dr. Shulze's superfood? Is it because vitalherbs contains the cayenne pepper?
When I click on

I don't have a problem falling asleep, but I do suffer from unrefreshed sleep. Would the Kava Kava Skllcap Valerian help with unrefreshed sleep?
I tried taking ginger a few months ago, but it causes nausea. I bought some in powder form, and placed it in capsules. Doesn't the stomach break it down, when you place powdered herbs in capsules (since the capsules are not enteric coated)? How do you recommend I take the ginger and the turmeric?
You mentioned that Dr. Christopher's cayenne pepper is hotter than Dr. Shulze's cayenne pepper. So should I purchase Dr. Christopher's cayenne? I was reading about it, and it blocks substance P, so maybe it can provide pain relief.
One last question, do you recommend I take both the BFC capsules and the BFC ointment for my localized scleroderma?
Thanks again for your help, and sorry for the long list of questions-just want to make sure I take the right things.
Btw, today I read your story on your website, and reading that u overcame CFS, is very inspiring :-)
