Re: Kidney cleanse question

I agree with the other posts here. I used to think I could never fast either. I have hypoglycemia and convinced myself that I could not go without eating small meals throughout the day. Boy was I wrong. I did Dr. Schulze 's 30 day detox. My first fast ever came with his 5 day liver and gallbladder cleanse. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I EASILY handled the fasting portion of this cleanse.

Why? Because fasting does not mean not eating or providing nourishment to your body. It only means you are not eating solid food. My body responded tremendously to this fasting and I never felt better than when I did this. Dr. Schulze 's programs have you "eating" so much during your fast, via liquid nourishment, I NEVER felt hungry once. Plus I had a surge of energy and vitality I hadn't felt in a long time.

I am not much for drinking veggie juice either. But once I made his potassium broth, I was hooked. I still make it several times per week. As for the blood detox, it is great stuff. Mind you, it tastes pretty strong going down, but it did nothing but make me feel better while on it.

Getting healthier or ridding yourself of something bad in your system is never fun. It it was, everyone would do it. I do not like drinking or taking all the herbs all the time either. But the good of feeling so much better, dramatically outweighs the bad of feeling so poorly all the time. So I jumped right in there and got through it. I feel so much better physically because of it.

I hope you find a way to accept everything in Dr. Schulze 's programs. It is NOT easy, but the end result of better health is defeinitely worth the hard work and effort.
