1. How old are you? I am 37 years old.

2. Are you taking any perscription drugs? No.


3. Have you had PMS all your life or did it start at a certain age? Describe the history of your PMS Yes, I have always have PMS, I think it got bad when I was 24 and now since I am under a lot of stress, it is very bad. I described the ps


4. Do you ALWAYS experience PMS each month? Yes I always experience it, sometimes it is mostly one or two days, but sometimes it last the whole week. SOmetimes I even have some kind of panic attack, I feel terrible fear, anxiety.

5. Are you taking any herbs, tinctures, hormones or special supplements ? if so what and frequency I am taking a lot of things. I take the vitamins once a day except the vitamin C, I am taking it every 4 hours.
Complex B, vitamin C, panthetine,, Garlic, Olive leaf extract, candida digest (planetary formula) garlic.
I Am also taking probiotics and ezymes. I have candida and it has been also very bad.
I feel better now from candida but my PMS has been bad lately.


This past weekend I added calcium citrate and magnesium citrate to my protocol, and also coconut oil. Last year I took calcium and I saw some improvement, but I suspended it because I got kidney stones. Later I learned I needed to take calcium with magnesium and the kidney stones are avoidable.

6. Have you tried any herbal formulas for PMS? No, never tried any of them. I am just trying to learn which is the best approach.
