Dry Skin Brushing: HOW TO?

Hi All,

Questions:
1. Does Dr. S describe how to dry skin brush in his Save your Life videos or a book?

2. If not, how do you skin brush?

Lastly, has anyone heard of Dr. Berkowsky's Skin brushing system?
And if so, do you use it or this other approach of long sweeping brushes toward the heart? I've been skin brushing since Sept using the long sweeping strokes toward the heart. I just watched the Berkowky video tape and it is significantly different system.
