Re: Thanks Donna
OK, below are a couple of links with really good descriptions of the IP.
If you follow them, I've learned that grinding your own flaxseed is better than using flaxseed oil. That being said, using flax seed oil is better than no oil. One site mentions coral calcium, and I never used that. Dr. Christopher talks about using a calcium formula tea, which you can get at herbsfirst.com and probably other places. Some mention wheatgrass, which I don't remember
Dr. Schulze mentioning in There Are No Incurable Diseases. But I've studied the benefits and believe it would be a great thing to add to the IP. You can juice it and drink it. They also mention getting electrical stuff out of your bedroom. I don't remember
Dr. Schulze saying this specifically, but Dr. Mercola does and I can't stand little blinky lights going while I'm trying to sleep, so... yay! Now, walking barefoot through the lawn was great last summer, but I bet you and I will be running very quickly through the frozen grass this January--(hey, Bob!?!) Also several sites mention the necessity of taking the Sabbath seriously. I didn't when I did it last summer. Dr. S might stress this somewhere but it didn't connect with this dense mass of gray matter. I'd go to church and then hit the IP hard for the rest of the day. I also didn't go to a body worker as recommended. But next time I will and see what that does.
Bob is a great resource for finding the herbs and other things you need at the best prices. So is Chris (topHat).
More blessings,
-Donna
