Re: For those who have done Incurables-IS COLONICS IMPORTANT
Hi Barbara-
I did the IP last summer.
There are two ways to answer your question. The first answer is that
Dr. Schulze doesn't mention
colonics in the IP, or, at least, he doesn't use that vocabulary word to my knowledge. You do have intestinal/bowel cleanses, and you do have to do enemas regularly.
The second answer to your question is that if an action is prescribed as a part of the IP, it is not optional. You must do everything prescribed or you won't see the benefits. You're wasting your time and money if you don't do the whole program.
Here's the deal. From what I've read, a lot of people try the IP thinking, "Cool- in 30 days my incurable disease will be gone and I can get back to my normal routine." Then they get into it and they can't stand doing a part of it. Let's say they can't stand drinking that black, muddy milkshake called IF#2 5 times a day (Hey- I hated it, too, but I forced myself to drink it). Then they decide they don't have the time to do enemas as often as they should. Then they read about the cold sheet treatment and they say "I'm too chicken to do that" and they leave that out. Then they don't want to walk around with garlic breath so they don't take enough garlic. Or they really don't like cayenne pepper and they leave that part out.
Then, at the end of the thirty days they say, "it didn't work for me."
I can't tell by your email what you are really asking. What I know from doing the program myself is that you can't leave any of it out. It is all important, it all works together in sync, and if you leave anything out you can't expect a healing miracle.
I hope you understand the spirit that I'm writing this post in. Anyone considering doing the Incurables has a very serious, incurable condition that they are dealing with. If you don't have an incurable condition, you don't need to do this program. If you do have an "incurable" condition, as I know you do, Barbara, and I do, you can't leave anything out. It's all or nothing.
Hoping this helps,
-Donna
