I hope you are doing well. I just purchased the Schulze Liver Flush 5 day program/kit. I also purchased the IF#2 bowel cleanse. Above you say to take both cleanses simultaneously. Am I understanding that right?

I have done 5 Bowel Cleanses since the beginning of this year, one of them being the IF#2. I have done 6 Liver Flushes but have never done the 5 day Liver Flush by Schulze.

My last Liver Flush was a week ago and I flushed out over 1,000 stones in one day. I have had nausea for over a month so I know my liver is severely congested. I am still nauseaous so I really want to try the Schulze cleanse as I know it is a much more substantial "liver cleanse" than just a liver flush.

The last IF#2 cleanse I did, they sent me the capsules versus the powder. I had a great cleanse, but it requires you to take 25 capsules per day every few hours. I was just wondering how to do that while also taking everything for the liver flush. It sounds like too much to take in one day/week.

The capsules for the IF#2 only last one week so I wouldn't have enugh supplies to carry over for the liver flush the following week. I have a ton of IF#1. It seems every time I place an order, they send me a free bottle! Wouldn't it make sense to just do the IF#2 cleanse the first week and then the liver flush the following week? I could then take the IF#1 to keep me "going" during that flush???
