Hi, Raymond!
It's my understanding that IF1 and IF2 are designed to be used concurrently for the best results. I also found taking the IF2 five time a day to be challenging. I have the powder, but the caps work well, too. I believe the caps were developed for folks who don't like the idea of drinking something black! LOL
How to get all the IF2 in? Here's what I do: When I first wake up and get my first drink of water, I take my first dosage of IF2. I drink another glass of water after that. I do my morning get-ready-for-the-day routine, then go back to the kitchen. I take a second round of IF2 and start breakfast. That way I'm getting the IF2 in on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before a meal. I do the same thing before making lunch and dinner. Now I've had 4 doses of IF2. I take 1 cap of IF1 with dinner. Finally, before I get ready for bed, I take the final IF2 while I'm turning out lights and locking up.
While you do your liver flush, you will still be taking IF1 and 2. Yes, it sounds like a lot of work. In addition to the scheduled IF2s, I drank the
Liver Flush drink for breakfast with the family and juiced some fruit later in the morning to take with 2 tbs. Superfood. Raymond, I hope that's a part of your plan. Get the good stuff in as well as the bad stuff out! I drank the liver/gallbladder tea with the tonics added to each cup during the day like I used to drink coffee- always had a cup with me.
I assume you have a job outside your home, so you would need to adjust to your own life situation. You can easily take the stuff to work and maybe set up your own "health station" in the break room at work, or bring your own coffee maker to work for your hot water for tea.
Hope I've been some help.
Blessings from sunny Central Texas,
-Donna
