Thanks for the response I have just got in after a particle bad day of pain and it was so nice to read your mail. Can I ask how you take the super food and what it taste like? I think I may give the female formula a go but I am tring that many herbs and viamins at the moment I don't know whats working and whats not!...thanks...best thoghts Moonie
