Steve's completely right. I would also do Schultz's colon cleanse, it will help you emmensly! And it is very easy to do as well. Take his formula #1 to get your bowels moving, then do the colon cleanse. Doing that will also help with any female problems as the bowel is compacting and putting pressure on your female system. All the while take superfoood. Then after you have completed the Colon Cleanse I would most highly recommend getting on Schultz's female formula, I know a woman in texas who was completely cured of endometrosis, the doctors said she could never have kids but she got pregnant with twins after taking large doses of Schultz's female formula! She took it three times a day without fail, and I do not remember what the dosage was but it was quite large and she was cured in a very small amount of time.
