For the first 30 days of IP, the patient is either supposed to do a total juice fast if they are dying, or, in a case like mine, the patient can drink a gallon of juice plus eat some 100% raw, vegan, live food (TANID, pp. 29-30, see).

Here's where I'm tripping up. Go to his website:

and he writes, "...After the fast, then going to raw fruits and vegetables, with little being cooked or steamed, while continuing to juice, along with plenty of Superfood..." (par. 2)

I also note that the patient is supposed to continue doing a lot of the IP protocol for an entire year. The 30 day program is a "blitz," as Dr. S calls it in his interview with you on your website:

But after the blitz, you don't close up shop and go home! The blitz is just jump starting your battery! IP is really a way of life, isn't it?

See, Dr. S is right! I should shut up and stop asking so many questions and I'll find my own answers as I get into the program! LOL
