Incurables Program, Day 20
Dear ones:
Wow. Day 20. I'm 27 in Schulze years, and I feel like it! Woohoo! LOL
John and I were both stunned when people posted that we were inspiring them. We just give praise to God and feel very humble. We both feel so loved and can't thank you enough.
I've done a lot of work in the emotional and spiritual areas lately. Physically, here's what's going on:
I can walk .6 miles comfortably. When I get up to a mile, I'm going to work on speed. I could have gone 3/4 mi. last night, but I needed to visit the bathroom! LOL My legs get tired before my heart gets much of a workout, but with time I believe things will change. I also plan to call the bodyworker here in town and see if he can help me straighten my legs out.
My nails are growing faster, though they are not strong. My skin is incredibly smooth due to the skin brushing and massage oils.
I'm completely off Advil for good. Yay! I take a hot/cold shower every night, and end with a hot soak in a bubble bath. This is very therapeutic and warms my muscles up well. Then John works the painful spots in my lower back and legs every night with Deep Tissue Oil (also the muscle groups that are healing from FSH) and comes back over my whole body with olive oil. He ends with feet massage. I'm going to look for a foot reflexology book in our library so he can concentrate on different zones.
I used to not believe in foot reflexology, but now I'm inclined to believe there could be something beneficial about it. As with everything, a person should "eat the
Watermelon and spit out the seeds."
This is day 4 of the second liver cleanse. My colon is working great! I can't believe the volume! I mean, Good Night, Lucy! This time it looks like ICF#2 is doing its job, cleaning out the crevices. I still haven't seen anything green like a liver dump or ropey like mucoid plaque.
I'm starting to crave protein. I can have sprouted beans, soaked raw beans and legumes, and raw seeds and nuts. I have never tried anything like almond milk but I'm very fond of almond butter!
I'd love to know your favorite, use all the time cookbooks and websites for vegetarian foods. Remember, the food coming to my table has to be kid and hubby friendly! LOL Also, what are your thoughts on all raw diets and mostly raw (and I'm not talking about how rare I like my steaks, either! :-D)? Does Dr. S think it's important for people who are being healed of an incurable disease to stay all raw?
John and I decided it would be best to take a break from the intensity of IP after it is over. I'm feeling so clean on the inside I want to scrub my house. I have a really fun website for housecleaning. It has been a godsend for me, and I'm going to adapt my routines to include my new health practices.
