Re: My very first IF #1: "Sweet Jesus!"
Hey, who made this message "Recommended" (status R)? I'm curious.
Gee, I feel kinda weird talking about bowel movements, but I think this is important for people who are interested in
Dr. Schulze 's Intestinal Formula #1 (IF #1 for short).
Status: It's currently 8:30pm EST January 8th
1 Pill taken: around 10:30pm EST January 7th
with a dinner of Broccoli a la Penne.
Bowel movements since taking pill:
1. 11:45pm EST January 7th
Timing: NOT typical
Quality: 9.5 out of 10
2. 7:30 am EST January 8th
Timing: IS typical
Quality: 6.7 out of 10
3. 7:15 pm EST January 8th
Timing: NOT typical
Quality: 8 out of 10
Right now I feel a *little* churning going on in my
gut. But it doesn't bother me. Also, the
cayenne didn't bother me really. I'm used to eating
hot (very hot) foods for a long as I can remember
- 20+ years.
My average BM rating is probably a 6.3.
So there you go, my first 24 hours (almost) with
IF # 1. I don't anticipate another BM at least
until after dinner. I think I'll skip the pill
tonight. I'm going to ease into this slowly.
I'm not doing the full
Colon Cleanse (IF #1
and #2) right now.
Question:
Is it possible to become dependent on
IF #1? Say you take it every day and
the quality and frequency of BM's goes
up. Then you stop. Can it get worse
than when you started? I think in
medicine, there's a name for this effect
- "rebound effect", maybe?
