My very first IF #1: "Sweet Jesus!"

If you saw that movie, you'll understand
what I'm talking about. The quote has no
religious significance.

I just took my first ever capsule of
IF#1 about 1.5 hours ago. Does that
stuff work fast or what? I took it
about 3/4 into my meal of broccoli
a la penne and about an hour later
I had a really smooth and satisfying
bowel movement.

I'm a health freak and newly anointed
(Jan 1st) dietary vegan. I get a fair
amount of fiber and I drink CRAZY
amounts of water (64-96 fluid ounces
per day). I've had 1 BM
per day for 99% of days for at least
the last 5 years. But for some
reason that I haven't figured out,
I only feel like I've "emptied out"
about 10% of the time.

Let's see what happens tomorrow morning.
