I think it is wonderful you are taking such great steps toward better health. I understand that the Master-Cleanse is a great addition to the flushes and help make them very productive. Let us know how you do.
I mix my ES with 1/4 cup of water, mix well and let sit. It will precipitate out somewhat, then suck it all up with a straw. I like getting those crystals up and gone quickly. Then I chase it with a little water or diluted juice. Good luck to you tomorrow.
