Hi! My name is Rhonda and I live in the foothills of Northern California. I just completed a 16 day Master Cleanse, and have transitioned today to the apple juice for 2 days, to finish off with a Liver Flush tomorrow night.
This is my first liver flush, so I am expecting a lot of stones. I know a lot of you will be flushing on Saturday, but I have a commitment Sunday morning; had to move it up a day. Is anyone else flushing on Friday night? I look forward to hearing reports from everyone flushing this weekend. I'll post my results as well.
I'm doing the Epsom Salts /OO/GFJ flush.

This is a reply to # 542,316I usually flush on Fridays, but I'm waiting 'til Saturday this time. I think Alisaun and someone else is planning on tomorrow. Hopefully they will see your post.
I just wanted to say congratulations on your long MC, and wish you the best of luck with your first liver flush. I sure wish I knew about these forums when I first started flushing. No body understood what I was doing, I felt like a real freak and had no support from friends.
I can tell you that the two most productive flushes I ever did was after doing a Master Cleanse. Its a great cleansing combo.

This is a reply to # 542,316I think it is wonderful you are taking such great steps toward better health. I understand that the Master-Cleanse is a great addition to the flushes and help make them very productive. Let us know how you do.
I mix my ES with 1/4 cup of water, mix well and let sit. It will precipitate out somewhat, then suck it all up with a straw. I like getting those crystals up and gone quickly. That's great you did such a long MC! I finished my very first Master-Cleanse off with my very first liver flush, too - and, like other say, it really was a great flush.
I'll be on the lookout for your post! I'm flushing tonight (Ellen Cherry is too)...but I'm sure there are other flushers tomorrow night...
You must be feeling great...
