Help! gallbladder flush after acute pancreatitis?

Need help! My 65 yr old husband was in VA hospital with acute pancreatitis for one week. Dr said he had a gallstone lodged between his pancreas; later test said it was gone. They put a balloon in that stretched some sphincter (GB or colon) so they could put a sleeve on it. Since it's in the GI tract it will allow the food to pass through easier. They don't know if a gallstone previously ripped this sphincter. They said scar tissue caused the blockage. He was told he had many Gallstones in his GB. They released him yesterday; his fever went down and they want the pancreas to "rest." They are giving him more tests later and saying GB will have to come out eventually! He had diarrhea for a few days in hospital, due to their trying to clean out bowels. Hardly any appetite; still doesn't feel too good; sleeps a lot. Can he take the GB flush safely? Or should we wait since his pancreas was inflamed? Does he really need to take Epsom Salts with it?? (I took the flush with only olive and pink grapefruit juice and I passed stones.) He does not want more pain like he had! Am thinking of ordering Gold coin grass, but will take awhile to receive. Need answers soon, because I'm afraid he may try to go back to work--drivng truck, 5 days a week away from home!
