Thanks for all of the info folks. I do have one important question. I have extremely frequent urination problems and can't seem to hold onto any liquid. Hence, I am sure it is not helping with my constipation. I am positive. I am doing P and B with herbal fiber blend from aim instead of P as this has always made my bowels move in the past. But I am having more constipation problems these days. And no, I was only cheating on the diet for the last few days for the most part. The urinary problems are interfering with sitting still and school and soon to be work days. Any suggestions?
