Josey! You really need to check into digestive enzymes. Also check "Best of Shelly", Somewhere there are I think very good tips on "how you should eat". Especially not drinking with food seems important. I see people suggesting veggies here, actually lots of vegies can make your gas problems even worse. For me beans, sauerkraut are terrible. For my digestive problems what works best is meal which is mix of grains, vegggies and meat. Grains are carbs, carbs feed yeast, but we need a little bit of everything, balance is the trick. And if you stick to whole grains you probably are going to be ok. I know some people here are against dairy, but I think yogurt, kefir, eggs especially organic ones should be fine.
