Threelac says it is live organisms that act like cannibals and eat candida. May be true, may not.

Primal Defense is plant-based microbiotics that populates the intestines with good microbes, the ones that keep candida in check - there should be, when in balance, about a 3 to 1 ratio of acidophilus to candida. You always have candida in your system, it is a necessary part of digestion.

Fungal Defense is a mixture of herbs and fatty acids that have anti-fungal properties, such as grape seed oil and garlic. These natural foodstuffs do things to candida like dissolve the outer layer of cells so that other bacteria and white blood cells can easier kill them as necessary.
