I heard about that.
Fungal defance follow by Primal defence is very effective.

But, one thing is you have to think about the cause.
In my case ( most of the sufferer here ) is due poor digestion.

So it is necessary to correct poor digestion too.
For poor digestion, take digestive enzymes, pancreatic enzymes, warm lemon juice.

For poor liver function, do Liver Flush for, take liver support like MSM.

For mass of candida in the intestine,enhanced elimination by taking Psyllium and doing enemas.

To make alkaline ph of your body ( metabolic alkalosis ), you need to take alkaline food, as well as candida diet.

I know it is too much to do, but it is necessary.

As for me, I am still trying to get ride of candida.
