Pennroyal is used in pesticides, and Blue Cohosh is frequently used to relieve menstrual cramps, ease the pain of childbirth, as a diuretic to eliminate excess fluids, as an expectorant to treat congestion, and as a diaphoretic to eliminate toxins by inducing sweating.

Make sure your friend is supervised and you both know what you are doing. Be informed and let your friend know that she needs to make the wisest choice for her, so she won't have regrets later on whether physical or emotional.
