Re: MSM

Hi Shelleycat - thanks for that. That's what the girl in the health shop told me as I am preparing for Amalgam removal. Saying that, I already had a silver filling removed by ordinary methods in December. That was before I started researching. My hair has been thinning and the girl said MSM would be the best thing they had to help.
I can't remember which post I read it in but I wrote down the name of the book where the postee took the warning from. It was 'Eating Alive' by John Matesen. It threw me a bit as I have been taking MSM for over a week now. Just one teaspoon a day mixed with water. I didn't take it yesterday. I must admit as I am new to all this, reading the forums etc I am getting a bit confused and anxious not to do the wrong thing. Is this the first time you have heard a negative comment re MSM and do you know of this book?
