its a lot cheaper than getting it from my local health food store even with the shipping cost. i dont work for the company so get it from where ever ya want. but its best to work up to about 4 tbls a day so it can be quite expensive buying it in the capsule form. i split 10 lbs with people so i get like 3 lbs for like $20. pretty good seeings how it cost like $20 for a bout a pound of the opti-msm. good luck Tweet
