I've had those same thoughts myself! you're the first person I know to implant actual yoghurt, most just implant the live acidophilus that would make yoghurt if added to milk. :) I know women often use yoghurt for vaginitis but that's totally different.

Since you seemed to be getting good results I didn't write my concerns, especially since I don't have any personal experience or anecdotal evidence with that, and it hasn't appeared on any of the FAQ's I've read.

Basically my take is always that it's best to just clean clean clean the colon. There wouldn't be bacteria or candida going out of control if there weren't anything for it to feed on! :) Tweet
