Hmm... very good feedback. I think I'm going to stop with the yogurt in the enemas. I saw a yogurt enema "recipe" recently for candida, and it was 1 TBSP yogurt, with some additional acidophilus. Obviously some think it's a good thing, but there's a big difference between 1 tbsp and 1 cup + (as I've been using).
If I start to have any other problems, or things don't continue to improve (and I'm feeling quite a bit better today than yesterday, by the way!), I'll scrape together my funds and go for a colonic. Which I may do anyway.
