If you found that the b&p's are aiding you, then you should start them up again. I did about 50 days of B&P's last year and it was the best experience ever. You MUST drink at least 2 litres of warm water each day, though. Start your day with the warm water...even jump up and down a couple of hours into your day to get things moving. (it works!)
